If you would like literature about donation to distribute please fill out the online request form below and select the materials that will be needed. Please make sure to fill out all of the information, a CDT staff member will be contacting you.
Materials will be sent out within 4 weeks after receiving the request.
Please submit a request only if you are located in CDT’s region. A representative may contact you so please make sure to include your phone number or e-mail.
